I live in Mexico, how do I place an order?
We love customers from Mexico! We ship international via USPS. It may take about two weeks to get there. If you are from Monterrey Mexico we can have arrangements to have it delivered or picked up there. Contact us at email@example.com and we can discuss our options.
Payment and Shipping
Once the order is placed, allow 3-5 business days for it to be shipped. Although we try to have most of our inventory ready to ship, depending on our sales we might need to make new ones. So bear with us! We will make it just for you.
Returns & Exchanges
All our products are handmade so they each have a unique characteristic look. Since they are cut from different pieces of leather, some may contain bug bites, wrinkling, branding marks, etc. It's part of what makes it a unique product with a story.
Although we hope you are satisfied with this look, we gladly accept returns if you are not happy with it.
We accept returns or exchanges if its within 30 days of the day the product arrived. Customer is in charge of shipping the product back to us in same condition it arrived. Once we receive it, a full refund (except for shipping) will be issued like the original form of payment.
